Managing Your Profile
Your profile is your identity on Cüte. Keep it updated to build trust with buyers and sellers.
Accessing Your Profile
To view or edit your profile:
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner
- Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Edit Profile" to make changes
Profile Information
Basic Information
Update these details to personalize your profile:
- Username - Your unique identifier on Cüte
- Display name - How you appear to other users
- Bio - Tell others about yourself (optional)
- Profile photo - Upload a clear photo
Contact Information
Keep your contact details up to date:
- Email address - For notifications and account recovery
- Phone number - Optional, for faster communication
Privacy note: We never share your email or phone number with other users without your permission.
Account Settings
Security Settings
Protect your account with these settings:
- Change password - Update regularly for security
- Two-factor authentication - Add extra security (recommended)
- Active sessions - See where you're logged in
Notification Preferences
Control what emails you receive:
- Order updates and shipping notifications
- Messages from buyers and sellers
- Marketing emails (optional)
- Weekly summary of new items
Privacy Settings
Choose what others can see:
- Profile visibility - Public or private
- Show activity - Display recent purchases/sales
- Allow messages - Let users contact you
Seller Settings
If you're selling on Cüte, configure:
Payment Information
- Bank account - For receiving payments
- CPF - Required for Brazilian sellers
- Tax information - For reporting purposes
Shipping Preferences
- Default shipping address - For returns
- Shipping methods - Choose your preferred carriers
- Handling time - How long before you ship
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account:
- Go to Account Settings
- Scroll to "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion (this action is permanent)
Before deleting:
- Complete all pending transactions
- Withdraw your balance
- Download your data if needed
